At LPGJets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or through the returns portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
